Huawei forges a worldwide presence through its partnership with Google for the Nexus 6P rollout. Since then, it's continued to dominate with stellar gadgets like the P9, Honor 8, Honor Magic, Mate 9, and the advanced Mate 9 Pro series. Now, the brand is preparing to unveil its latest gem, the Honor V9, scheduled for an exciting launch on February 21st in China.

Honor V9 presents itself as a sleek unibody metal construct, capped with a 5.7-inch IPS QHD HD display. It boasts a pixel-perfect resolution of 1440 x 2560, translating to an impressive ~515 PPI. This powerhouse operates on a refined EMUI rendition of Android 7.0 Nougat.

Equipped with a Kirin 960 SoC, this device channels the prowess of four vigorous Cortex-A73 cores at 2.4GHz and four energy-conscious Cortex-A53 cores humming at 1.8GHz. The prowess is further enhanced by the  Mali-G71 MP8 GPU. Sharing the same culinary treat as the Mate 9 lineup, the V9 proudly presents itself in two mouthwatering flavors: 4GB RAM and 64GB ROM, and 6GB RAM alongside 128GB ROM.

In the visual narrative sector, Huawei continues its tradition with a dual-sensor layout at the back. The V9 may showcase a nimble Dual 12 MP + 2 MP affair with phase detection autofocus and dual-LED (dual-tone) flash dazzlingly illuminating the way. Meanwhile, the front story may be staged by an 8MP camera. It’s powered by a robust 3,900mAh battery cell to keep the narrative flowing smoothly.
